Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at BLW Recruitment LTD in Cambridge.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef/Catering and Conference Director in managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Mentor junior staff members in kitchen procedures.
