About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Weekend Viewing Guide. As a key member of our Estate Agency team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany applicants and prospective buyers to properties, providing a professional and engaging experience.
  • Assist prospective and existing clients on the telephone and in person, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and energetic approach.
  • Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Be IT literate and proficient in using Microsoft Packages to support the team's administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the Estate Agency Industry or a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales environment, with confidence in dealing with the public face-to-face and on the telephone.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and conduct viewings with customers looking to purchase high-value properties.
  • Valid driving license and own car is essential for this role.
