We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our prestigious Wimbledon Village office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our lettings property register, maximizing branch profitability, and managing and developing the Lettings team to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the lettings property register through effective marketing and sales strategies
- Maximize branch profitability by optimizing rental income and reducing void periods
- Manage and develop the Lettings team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and landlords to deliver first-class service and experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential lettings estate agency
- Valuation and listing experience is beneficial
- High level of customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and landlords

- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
