Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at one of our Independent Hospitals in Norwich.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with severe mental health needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for service users with complex needs.
  • Support and guide support workers on a daily basis, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid NMC Pin and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Have experience working in an acute mental health setting and be able to work on shift/rota patterns.
  • Be able to work in the UK and have the right to do so.
