Job Description

As an Inpatient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, coaching, and mentorship to inpatient staff.

You will work closely with patients and staff to implement positive behavioural support frameworks, promoting independence and wellbeing.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Registered qualification or foundation degree in health and social care.
  • Experience working with people with learning disabilities in an inpatient setting.
