Job Title: Global Head of GMASE Performance

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Global Head of GMASE Performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with the Head of GMASE and the GMASE Leadership Team to drive business management and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the business management of the GMASE Leadership Team, including active engagement and facilitation of Agile embedding and transformation efforts.
* Collaborate with the Head of GMASE and the GMASE Leadership Team to manage critical value drivers across the portfolio.
* Support the delivery of the portfolio to Upper Quartile performance.
* Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage the broader organization.
* Partner with Clinical Communications to develop a globally oriented internal communications and engagement strategy for GMASE.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in the life sciences, business, or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical R&D or related industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in clinical or project management.
* Demonstrated experience in finance, business development, IT, change management, process design, organizational development, or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's or PhD with MBA or equivalent.
* Qualification in Project Management.
* Professional Project Management (PMP).
* Proven track record in complex strategy development and excellence in implementation.
* High level of personal integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information.
