About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Modelling and Performance to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading the development of algorithms and the modelling framework required to produce software and predict performance.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in algorithm development, modelling and simulation, and systems engineering.
  • You will have experience in leading teams and complex projects, with a proven track record of delivering coherent and complete performance models.
  • You will have strong programme management skills, including budgets, risks, and opportunities.
  • You will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
