Head of Workforce Strategy at Croydon Council

Salary: Up to £95,000 (pay award pending)

Location: Croydon

Croydon Council is embarking on a transformative journey to deliver its People and Cultural Transformation Strategy. As a key member of the HR Division, we are seeking a forward-thinking Head of Workforce Strategy to drive this initiative forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a 3-5 year forward plan for delivering the Council's workforce strategy. This will involve championing workforce development, improving organisational culture, and leading on corporate change management initiatives.

As a key member of the Divisional Management Team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive and lasting change. Your expertise in innovation and best practice in other organisations will be essential in shaping Croydon's future.
