About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our Calvert Delivery Area (CA) team at Morson Talent. This role will be part of our Earthworks team, based at our West Street compound just outside of Buckingham.

A full driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this position. As a Site Engineer, you will oversee junior engineers on site and assist with construction operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating with the setting-out team to ensure the development and performance of junior engineers.
  2. Identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the senior team and Sub Agent.
  3. Maintaining effective relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their work meets contractual requirements.
  4. Providing necessary information and resources to support the team's duties.
  5. Contributing to schedule planning, progress reporting, resource allocation, and cost control.
  6. Supporting financial forecasting initiatives.
About You

This role requires a HNC/Degree in construction/civil engineering or equivalent, alongside experience in civil engineering and specifically Earthworks. You must hold the following competencies: CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor. A Full Driving License and access to a vehicle are also essential.
