New Business Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and proactive individual to join our team as a New Business Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and acting as a liaison between Customer Services, External Sales, and other departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal departments and the external sales team.
  • Process and follow up on quotes, source products, and ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Proactively call existing and potential customers to maintain and develop business relationships.
  • Identify and generate new opportunities to support the company's growth and expansion plans.
  • Coordinate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service, sales support, or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to contribute to business growth.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the corrugated or packaging industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
