Job Title: Shift Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Black Fox Solutions.

Job Summary:

As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support and repair for on-site manufacturing equipment. Your duties will include:

  • Performing scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures
  • Optimising machinery performance to minimise downtime
  • Collaborating with production teams to enhance process efficiency
  • Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Contributing to developing processes to enhance machinery performance
  • Assisting in the installation of equipment

You will work closely with our production teams to ensure that our manufacturing equipment is running at optimal levels, and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline
  • Time served in an Electrical Maintenance Engineering role
  • Experience working on machinery repairs, including CNC experience

You will also need to be IT literate and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
