Supply Chain Labor Planner

We're seeking a talented Capacity Planning Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our Network Capacity Management function in the EU Middle Mile transportation network.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining short- and medium-term operational capacity plans that balance cost and service requirements. You'll analyze planning gaps/deviations, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance future plans.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, forecasting). You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our network remains competitive.
This role offers a salary of **£75,000 - £95,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. We're open to considering candidates from various Amazon locations throughout the EU, including London.
