Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Capacity Planner to join our team at PSD Group. This is a 3 days/week onsite role for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.



About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Retail Operations and commercial teams to ensure stores have the right products and stock to maximize sales responsibilities.


You will be responsible for supply chain, demand planning and forecasting experience within a retail, FMCG business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Developing advanced planning techniques – S&OP, capacity planning etc.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate forecasts using advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups etc)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of plans
  • Maintaining strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning and forecasting within a retail, FMCG business
  • Advanced knowledge of S&OP, capacity planning and other advanced planning techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
