SalaryThe hourly rate for this position is subject to experience and qualifications, but we can offer an estimated salary range of £9.50-£12.00 per hour.
Job DescriptionAs a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their physical and emotional needs. This may involve assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and helping with meals. You will also be responsible for delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
Required Skills and Qualifications- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and have a genuine interest in working with older adults.
- You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential.
