About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Development Designer to join our team at Recra Consulting.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design principles, prototyping, and fabrication, with a passion for creating unique and visually appealing concepts for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop creative solutions for various projects, including fixtures and display units.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative designs, working closely with metalwork, acrylic fabrication, and CNC knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software applications to enhance creative development processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative design role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
