We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions, including those with learning disabilities and personality disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting professional development and a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration and a current PIN.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, including those with learning disabilities and personality disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
