Industry Placements: Creative Services Apprentice

This 12-month placement offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the production and localization of international marketing materials.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of our in-house Asset Management system, supporting the team in raising purchase orders and dealing with billing queries, and completing ad hoc projects such as research and presentation preparation.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our VP and provide general EA support, maintain our distribution lists, and help deal with market queries.

This role will provide you with an in-depth understanding of global film marketing and a solid understanding of the wider business, as well as the chance to work with a wide variety of teams across the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the maintenance of Puma, our in-house Asset Management system
  • Supporting the team in raising purchase orders and dealing with billing queries
  • Completing ad hoc projects such as research and presentation preparation
  • Providing general EA support to our VP
  • Maintaining our distribution lists and helping deal with market queries

What you will learn from this opportunity:

Requirements:

To be eligible for this placement, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
  • Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
  • Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

You must also be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.
