Job Summary:

NJR Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team of financial planners, including managing correspondence, updating records, and maintaining accurate files.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to all communications.
  • Support the client relationships team by preparing and sending correspondence, as well as uploading documents to our back-office system.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to provide administrative support, working closely with advisers and support staff to achieve common goals.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pension and investment products, as well as proficiency in using provider platforms and back-office systems.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
