Child Residential Worker

We are looking for a skilled Child Residential Worker to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a Residential Support Worker, you will work with children and young people aged 7-17 with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) in a new home designed to meet their needs.
Responsibilities include developing secure relationships with children, implementing care plans, and ensuring their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs are met. You will also engage children in activities, maintain accurate records, and serve as a key worker and role model.
A key aspect of this role is collaboration with professionals to support children's needs and advocate for their rights. Our organization is committed to providing trauma-informed care, guided by the PACE model and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.
Requirements include 1 year experience in childcare, an NVQ Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and a UK driving licence.
Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £29,500 per annum, based on location and experience.
Work Schedule: Shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with sleep-ins required.
