Job Description

Head of Compliance National IFA

Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire

Salary/Rate: £55,000 - £70,000/annum; Pension DIS & CI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to execute the Head of Compliance role for our client and subsidiary companies.
  • Oversee compliance oversight, including responsibility for delivering the Consumer Duty plan.
  • Manage the operational effectiveness of compliance processes.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our client and subsidiary companies operate within the bounds of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
