Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop tender documents and proposals that meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create compelling graphical representations of written, numerical, and existing content.
  • Coordinate proposal input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery.
  • Champion document management and change control best practices.
  • Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards.
  • Provide advice on flow, language, and grammar to content owners.

Requirements

  • Degree in Creative or Artistic Discipline.
  • Desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Corel, and Microsoft Office.
