Marine Cargo Claims Handler

We are seeking a skilled Marine Cargo Claims Handler to join our Cargo & Logistics Claims team at Lockton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of claims related to marine cargo, commodity trading, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of claims from first advice to final settlement
- Negotiate complex claims with insurers and clients
- Process and manage claims on Lockton's internal claims systems
- Meet service standards, volumes, and performance levels
- Maintain relationships with key clients and manage insurers
- Extensive experience in marine cargo claims
- Knowledge of policy coverage and associated benefits and exclusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a proactive and efficient manner
