We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training to Care Homes across Slough, South Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Training and Development, with experience in facilitating workshops and coaching internal stakeholders and employees.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs, preferably in a healthcare environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with colleagues across the business to deliver Learning and Development initiatives.

In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £40,000, based on a £35,000 basic salary and a £5,000 car allowance. You will also have access to a contributory pension scheme, healthcare benefits, and 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
