Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Coach / Cover Supervisor to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Sports Coach / Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering sport across Key Stages 3 and 4 by working with small groups of pupils to enhance their learning and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sport coaching sessions to small groups of pupils
  • Support the Sports department during lessons
  • Work with pupils to enhance their learning and academic development
  • Support and teach pupils within the Alternative Provision

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with challenging behaviour, trauma, and Social and Emotional behavioural difficulties
  • Experience delivering sport coaching sessions
  • Experience supporting SEMH and behaviour
  • Ability to work confidently as part of a team and independently

Requirements for the Role:
