- Provide one-on-one mentoring to children in various areas such as physical education, outdoor sport, in class and i the gym.
- Create and implement individualised plans to address the specific needs and goals of each child.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment that promotes growth and development.
- Serve as a role model and mentor by demonstrating positive behaviors and effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support for the child.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to mentoring strategies as needed.
- Document observations, progress reports, and any significant changes or concerns.

- Experience working with children in a mentoring or educational setting.
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis principles, special education strategies, and physical education activities/Sports Coaching.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
- Ability to adapt mentoring strategies based on individual needs and learning styles.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of progress reports and documentation.
