Job Title: Commercial Co-Ordinator

Our client, a leading Global Freight forwarding company based in Basildon, Essex, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Co-Ordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide expert advice on ocean/sea freight solutions to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Previous internal sales experience in the freight industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ocean/sea freight operations and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
