We are seeking a talented Private Client solicitor to join our growing legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing estate administration for high-net-worth and ultra-high net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage estate administration caseload from case opening to closing, ensuring adherence to deadlines, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft complex wills and advise on and administer trusts.
  • Provide regular updates and address any concerns or enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with succession and estate planning for complex estates.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in private client law.
  • Previous experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-network clients and managing own caseload.
  • Ability to excel in high-pressure situations and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
