Are you an experienced SHE professional looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking a skilled SHE Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures, a leading FMCG company with a portfolio of well-known products.

As SHE Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the site's Health, Safety and Environment team
  2. Managing an experienced H&S Assistant Manager
  3. Developing and implementing SHE strategies
  4. Communicating with senior management and influencing decision-making
  5. Providing coaching and specialist advice on SHE matters
  6. Staying up-to-date with new legislation and best practices

What we're looking for:

  1. A minimum of 5 years experience in an HSE role in a manufacturing environment
  2. NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
  3. Experience in project planning and implementation
  4. Experience in developing partnerships and giving presentations
  5. Experience in report writing
