**Onboarding Advisor**
- £11 per hour, office based role in Loughborough, 5 minutes walk from the town centre.
- 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 930am - 230pm or 930am - 3pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break).
- Minimum 8 week temp contract, that may extend longer or lead to permanent employment. Rate increase to £11.50 per hour from April 1st.

This is a temp job where you can make a big difference. Your enthusiasm, personality, and professionalism can shine in your telephone conversations with people that have applied to take part in a 16 week boot-camp training course.
Your job is to enrol people looking to gain a HGV Class 1 Licence. Many of the applicants already have professional driving careers. By gaining the training and licences from this boot-camp, they will have the tickets to drive big lorries and earn higher wages. The training company you represent has partnerships with big Employers recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers. They arrange interviews on their behalf and provide employment coaching services as part of the boot-camp.
You will be contacting applicants to arrange 15-minute telephone assessments - or doing them on the spot if they are available to complete over the phone as you call. The assessment includes you asking a series of questions from a Google Docs sheet and completing the answers as you talk. There are lots of applicants to call and onboarding targets to hit.

**Are you available to start on Wednesday 7th Feb, or by Monday 12th Feb (at the latest)?**
The sooner the better as far as your line manager is concerned. She has recently been promoted to Head of Career Development and this Bootcamp project is her baby. You will be working from Canal House in Loughborough. This is a modern office co-working environment with hot desks and creative shared space. Dress code can be jeans and trainers if you like. It's 5 minutes walk from Loughborough town centre. There is no free parking available onsite but plenty nearby on a 15 minute walk radius. It's also an ideal location for public transport links in Loughborough.
