We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance team in High Wycombe, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
