Job Description
The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy for a portfolio of SaaS platforms, driving long-term growth through market analysis and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong leader who can align cross-functional teams, foster client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies across platforms
• Drive the long-term growth of the business through market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
• Align commercial objectives with overall business goals
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adapt and refine strategies
• Lead the sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Oversee the development of new client acquisition strategies for each platform
• Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and large-scale deals

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8 years of experience in a senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership role, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector
• Demonstrated experience in driving growth, closing deals, and expanding market presence within a SaaS business
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
• Data-driven approach to sales and business development with the ability to make informed decisions
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility
