Team Leader (Trading)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader at Booths, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective management of the store. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate your team to ensure company standards are maintained in all areas of the store.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee the functionality of a team by determining goals that colleagues will work towards each shift.

• Provide guidance and instruction on how to approach tasks and lead by example.

• Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts.

Additional Responsibilities:

• In the absence of senior management, you will have the responsibility of Duty Manager of the store.

Working Hours:

• 36.75 contracted hours.

• You will be required to work a minimum of one late evening per week, which will give you the opportunity to become a Duty Manager.
