Job Introduction

As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in driving the success of our stores, focusing on customer experience and operational excellence.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager in their goals to deliver commercial growth and develop a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

As a leader, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver great standards and exceptional service every day, in the absence of the Store Manager.
