About the Role

Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Midwife to join our dynamic maternity services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, woman-centered care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide midwifery care to mothers experiencing normal pregnancy and birth, as well as those requiring obstetric care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure best practice.

Requirements

  • Registered Midwife with current NMC registration.
  • Experience in providing midwifery care in both hospital and community settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
