- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of care provision and identify areas for service development to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance of teams and individuals within the hub, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaboration: Work in partnership with key stakeholders, including GPs and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Professional Development: Support the development of staff, including District Nurses and Team Leads, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
