Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our HGV technicians and ensuring the highest standards of vehicle safety.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate jobs to the team of technicians and prioritize work to meet business demands
- Conduct vehicle QC checking and spot checks to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Work closely with our transport departments to ensure vehicle availability and optimize maintenance schedules
- Manage health and safety, near miss reporting, and ensure cost control on parts and external maintenance
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a workshop or maintenance environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a bridge between the workshop and office teams
- Calm and methodical approach to work, with a natural problem-solving ability
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with various software systems
- Class one licence is advantageous
