Roofing Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Roofing professional to join our team at ONLY FE, a leading further education construction college. As a Roofing Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of Roofers and sharing your expertise with our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Roofing training and education to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, workshops, and classroom activities to promote student learning and achievement.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain the highest standards of teaching and training.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience and a strong background in Roofing.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Roofing or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the college's mission and values.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable, but not essential.
