Roofing Instructor

We are seeking a qualified trade professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Roofing at ONLY FE, the UK's only specialist further education construction college.

About the Role

This is a teaching role that involves delivering workshops and classroom learning to engage and inspire our students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students in a training environment
• Develop and maintain a warm and welcoming learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and course materials

Requirements

• Relevant and recent industry experience in roofing
• NVQ Level 3 in Roofing or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate skills and understanding of the needs of learners in a training environment
