Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on programming and monitoring issues, preparing high-level strategic programmes, and monitoring project progress. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading consultancy firm and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultancy advice on programming and monitoring issues
  • Prepare high-level strategic programmes to identify and assess the impact of key sequence, responsibilities, and key strategies
  • Monitor and report against programmes at all stages of pre-construction and construction, including the use of S-curves, trend analysis, baselines, critical path analysis, rescheduling, etc.

Requirements:
  • Extensive post-qualification experience as a project planner and schedule management within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera P6 and other planning software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
