About the Role

We are seeking experienced Relief Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to adults on the autistic spectrum in our Supported Living Services in Horsforth, Cookridge, and Middleton areas of Leeds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Accompany individuals to community activities such as walking, swimming, and gym sessions
  • Work with individuals and their support networks to plan and achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Support individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviour
Requirements

A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role is essential. You will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in Leeds and other areas of the country. You will be paid weekly.
