Join Our Team as a Community Wound Care Nurse

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Wound Care Nurse to join our team. As a Community Wound Care Nurse, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality wound care to patients in their own homes, working closely with Local Community Nursing Teams and Wound Care Nurses across localities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality wound care to patients with varying healthcare needs
  • Teach and upskill Community Nursing colleagues on wound care
  • Act as a clinical advisor on wound care
  • Work closely with Local Community Nursing Teams and Wound Care Nurses

Requirements:

  • Car Driver with UK licence
  • Experience as a Wound Care or Community Nurse within a healthcare setting
  • Positive and motivational attitude
