Senior Homecare Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team as a Supported Living Manager. This role requires a strong management background, with a proven track record of managing teams, implementing CQC regulations, and promoting person-centered support.

As a Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality support plans, risk assessments, and review documents, ensuring that service users' physical, social, and emotional needs are met. You will also lead and motivate a dedicated staff team, providing regular supervisions and support for their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all statutory and legal obligations are fulfilled across the business structure, promoting a culture of improvement and best practice at all times.
  • To maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.
  • To provide support for adults with complex needs, including those with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, and behaviors which may challenge.
  • To contribute proactively to the development, implementation, maintenance, and management of systems, processes, procedures, and standards within the area of responsibility.
  • To work with clients, partner organizations, and external professionals in a professional and competent manner, maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy at all times.

The salary for this position is approximately £34,500 - £36,000 per year, based on experience.
