Planning and Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Analyst to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the delivery team, ensuring timely and effective completion of projects.

Your primary focus will be on analysing planning variances, assessing contractor performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for completing regular programme reviews, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

Key skills required for this position include:

  • Working knowledge of P6 or equivalent planning tools.
  • Appreciation of WBS and cost loading of programmes.
  • Skilled capability to assess change and impact assessment on time risk allowance.
  • Advanced understanding of key NEC clauses for Planning and Early Warning.

We offer a competitive salary range estimated at £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
