About This Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited, a well-established high street firm in northwest Surrey, is seeking an experienced Lead Property Solicitor to manage its successful Property team.

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership responsibilities. As Lead Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload involving commercial property and residential conveyancing, with a focus on managing the Property team and ensuring compliance with CQS standards.

With 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing and commercial property, you will bring valuable knowledge and skills to this role. Your ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively with lenders, and provide technical guidance to the team will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full caseload of commercial property and residential conveyancing cases
  • Lead the Property team, providing guidance and support to colleagues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Maintain CQS compliance and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
