We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Income and Tenancy Sustainment team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive excellence in customer support and deliver tailored solutions to vulnerable tenants.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will oversee tenancy sustainment strategies, working closely with external agencies to provide holistic support to residents. They will be responsible for managing two geographically dispersed teams, ensuring effective service delivery and driving continuous improvement.

  • Lead and develop the Income and Sustainment Teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving excellence in customer service.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and best practices across the Income and Sustainment team.
  • Manage all income collection activities, ensuring efficient arrears recovery and effective rent account management.
  • Work closely with Neighbourhood Officers to deliver efficient and effective arrears management and income collection.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting and driving change, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate colleagues towards shared goals.
