The Role

We're seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Slug and Lettuce, The O2. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading our front-of-house operations and ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Work closely with the management team to create and implement operational plans
  • Ensure that standards and compliance are maintained at all times
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests

What We're Looking For
