Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in change management and leadership? We are seeking a highly experienced Change Management Office Leader to join our Yorkshire Building Society Group team.

In this role, you will lead the Change Management Office and work closely with the Portfolio Planning Manager and the Director of Change Delivery to establish effective portfolio structures, governance, and reporting. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth and improve overall performance through effective change management.

We are looking for someone with a strong leadership style and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Change Management Office and develop effective governance frameworks that align with organisational governance and Enterprise Portfolio standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement best practices for planning, managing, and delivering change.
  • Oversee project finances, documentation, process documents, and information sources to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Provide ongoing planning and management support to project teams.
  • IDentify and mitigate delivery risks, holding project teams accountable for their performance.
  • Deliver high-quality reports to the workstream and the Change Management Office.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a proven track record in change management and leadership, we encourage you to apply.
