About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries and issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a dedicated finance role, preferably in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Desirable skills include experience with SAP and Sage, as well as proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
