Aviation Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections of engine parts, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
- Disassemble and assemble engines, modules, and sub-assemblies, using precision measuring and torque devices.
- Perform borescope inspections, balance rotating components, and flow test individual components and assemblies.
- Test engines and components, preparing them for dispatch and ensuring adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- Strong verbal communication and written skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to use computers/computer systems.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage own workload, and demonstrate good team work and problem-solving skills.
- Additional training/experience in a technical field, ability to use basic hand tools, and familiarity with quality procedures and documentation.
- 206 hours annual leave per year, plus 8 public holidays.
