About the Role

PANDORA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations
• Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills and product knowledge
• Learn and share PANDORA product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and offering e-receipts
• Complete PANDORA online training modules to develop your skills and knowledge
• Lead by example, coaching and training newer team members
• Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards
• Operate the till system and handle financial transactions
